Shipping

All goods are shipped within 2 days of the order being received.

We use Royal Mail for all deliveries, worldwide.

Deliveries to the United Kingdom

All United Kingdom deliveries are charged at a flat rate of £2.99 or all orders upto the value of £30.00.  Orders over this value are delivered FREE OF CHARGE.

Deliveries to Europe

All European deliveries are charged at 13.00 regardless of order value / amount of items.  We use Royal Mail International tracked and signed and delivery is usually made within 5-7 days.

Deliveries to the Rest of the World

All orders outside of Europe will be charged at £20.00 regardless of order value / amount of items.  We use Royal Mail International tracked and signed and delivery is usually made within 5-10 days dependant on location.

Returns

In the unlikely event that you need to return your order, please ensure it is received by us within 30 days of receipt of the item.  The item must be in a saleable condition as new.  All of our items are quality checked before sending and are guaranteed fault free at the time of dispatch.  All tags must be intact as sold.

Personalised items are non returnable and non refundable.

The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
